My electricity meter screen is blank we had a power cut
Answer the phone on line chat is poor .Putting me through to a professional and having to tell him whats wrong with my meter .Ive already said screen is blank .Im disabled and live alone I need to see how much is in my meter.And asking me to pay a £1 .Wanting my account details then saying its £35 a month for this service .Let me speak to someone

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They told me I had put to much money on my key meter and it would be fixed when my credit ran down a bit and that worked thank you very much
My key didn't work after me putting £275 on my key how do I get refunded as I don't have any more money to put in or can I get a phone number so that I can speak to someone

I've brought and moved into a house there electric suppliers are with you there is 61 outstanding on the account which is not mine. I have no electric and i have 3 kids living in the property.
