Electric key don't work

Didn't speak to anyone. Automated voice message hung me up.
I really want this resolved. My electric is reading £4 . I can't use the key to put on the £20 that l put on the key. The electric box keeps saying error every time l put the key in.
Even blowing on the key don't help. Tbh it's been temperamental in the past.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They told me I had put to much money on my key meter and it would be fixed when my credit ran down a bit and that worked thank you very much
